  • St. Paul’s Vestry meets on the third Tuesday at 7 p.m. Click here to read the minutes from recent past meetings.

If you would like to read meeting minutes from a month not listed, please contact the Church Office.

  • The Vestry is tasked with receiving and reviewing annual audits of St. Paul’s financial health and practices. In the interest of transparency, the past few years’ audited statements are also available to view here:

  • Interested adults and teenage youth who would like to come and observe are asked to RSVP no later than one week prior to the meeting. Space is limited to four guests per meeting. Please contact Tana Hunnicutt to RSVP.

  • The Vestry is the governing board with regard to all matters pertaining to the church’s corporate property. It consists of the Rector and elected lay members, some of whom fill the designated positions of wardens, secretary and treasurer. One responsibility of our vestry is to define and articulate St. Paul’s mission, and then support that mission by word and action. Another is to help ensure effective organization, planning, and the management of resources and finances.

  • Nominations for Vestry members are accepted November-December each year.

To be eligible to serve on the Vestry, a nominee must:

    • be a baptized member of St. Paul’s, at least 16 years of age

    • worship regularly at St. Paul’s

    • have made a financial contribution to St. Paul’s for the current fiscal year

    • have been involved in a ministry at or on behalf of St. Paul’s

Vestry candidates are introduced at least four weeks prior to St. Paul’s Annual Meeting. Voting then opens to approve Annual Meeting minutes from the prior year, the candidates on the Vestry slate and Diocesan Convention delegates. Election announcements are made at St. Paul’s Annual Meeting.
