HB 1041 :: Transgender students in school sports
Unfortunately, this bill passed in the house and has been referred to the Committee on Education and Career Development. Call your state senator and ask them to oppose this bill.SB 523 :: Chaplains in schools Unfortunately, this bill passed in the senate and has been referred to the Committee on Education and Career Development. Call your state representative and ask them to oppose the bill.
HB 1531 :: Immigration matters, including requirement of local law enforcement to cooperate with ICE Unfortunately, this bill passed in the house and has been referred to the Judiciary Committee. Call your state senator and ask them to oppose this bill.
HB 1030 Repeal of the death penalty Unfortunately, this legislation did not move forward. Stay tuned later this spring for actions to take while the legislation is not in session.
